1. Private information - collecting and usage
Domain name registration process requires providing of the potential domain name owner's personal data. The data that identifies the user is open and can be published in open sources (e.g., WHOIS database). Along with that, the data related to commercial side of partnership of the Registrant and Registrar, including the number of registered domains, payment amounts, terms of order fulfillment, logins and passwords for managing domain names etc, are strictly confidential. This information can't be sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances (except the cases of the clear court order for sharing this information).
2. Customer relations
Registrar aims to improve partnership relations with Registrants. In order to achieve this, Registrar may perform surveys and other interactive events on its website. All the data collected as a result of such events is confidential and could be published only with written permission of the Registrants that provide this data. The only exception is the result of statistical processing of the data gathered during the above-mentioned surveys or events.
3. Internal information
Registrar may distribute the internal information about existing and new products and services, payments, maintenance procedures etc among its clients. Each message will contain an option to suspend or cancel receiving of such messages. Emails and any other contact details of Registrants are not to be sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances (except the cases of the clear court order for sharing this information).
4. Changes
This Privacy policy is not final, can be changed or extended. Registrants will be notified about any changes by email or a special message posted at our homepage www.namelisk.com.
